Accounts are personal: sharing an account, or sharing course material with people who have not enrolled, is not permitted and may result in the account being closed without refund.
3. Enrolment and access
Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course material for your own study. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, access does not expire. We may update or improve course content at any time.
4. Payment
Prices are shown on each course page in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Certificates
Certificates issued by this platform confirm completion of our preparation course. They are not a government licence, professional registration, or official qualification, and they do not guarantee that you will pass any external examination. Issuing a certificate obtained through misuse of the platform may be revoked.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, record, resell, or redistribute course material; not to attempt to access parts of the platform you have not paid for; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
8. Intellectual property
All course material, text, video, question banks, and platform design remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
