How do I enrol in a free course? Open the course page and press “Enrol for free”. You are enrolled instantly.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Payment methods depend on the gateways enabled for this store — typically international cards and digital wallets. All available options appear at checkout.
When do I get access after paying? Immediately. Enrolment is automatic the moment payment is confirmed, and the course appears in your dashboard.
Is my payment secure? Payments are processed by the payment provider, not stored on this website. We never see or hold your card details.
Studying
How long do I have access? Access does not expire. Return whenever you want to review material.
Can I study on my phone? Yes. The whole platform is built mobile-first, and progress syncs across devices automatically.
Do I have to finish lessons in order? No, but the order is designed to build on itself, so following it is strongly recommended.
How is progress calculated? Progress is the share of lessons you have completed. Article and video lessons are completed with the “Mark as complete” button; quiz lessons complete automatically when you reach the pass mark.
Quizzes and certificates
Can I retake a quiz? Yes, as many times as you like. Your best score is kept.
What is the pass mark? It is shown at the top of every quiz — usually 70%.
When do I receive my certificate? Automatically, as soon as you complete every lesson in the course.
Can an employer check my certificate? Yes. Each certificate carries a unique ID that anyone can confirm on our verification page.
Is the certificate an official licence? No. Our certificates confirm that you completed our preparation course. The licence or official certificate itself is issued by the relevant authority after you pass their assessment.
Account
